1. Truck died in the middle of Route 3 2. Had $400 in towing bills 3. No "loaner for life" available 4. Reynolds will not reimburse the $125 tow fee under my warranty until GM provides payment 5. Still waiting on my $125

What was going to be done on the car was explained and when a couple of problems popped up, I was given a full explanation and a choice as to have them corrected that day or to make another appointment that would fit my schedule. I chose the latter. Each employee I came in contact with was most courteous and helpful.
